Orders are shipped within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During sale periods, this may be slightly longer.

United States

• Standard shipping: $15 — free on orders over $250
• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
• All duties and taxes are included in your price. No surprise fees at delivery.

France

• Mondial Relay (pickup point): €4 — or free on orders over €200
• Home delivery: €8
• Express TNT 24h: €12

Europe: €15  ·  Switzerland & UK: €20  ·  Rest of world: €35

⚠️ For deliveries outside the European Union (non-US), customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

RETURNS

Archive sales (older collections) are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

For all other orders, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return via our portal: returns.itsrever.com/balc. You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return. Return shipping costs are deducted — rates shown in the return portal. Prefer store credit? You'll receive 10% more than your refund amount.

US customers: no exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order.
France & Europe customers: exchanges are free.
