Orders are shipped within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During sale periods, this may be slightly longer.

• Home delivery: €8
• Express TNT 24h: €12

Europe: €15 · Switzerland & UK: €20 · Rest of world: €35

RETURNS

Archive sales (older collections) are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

For all other orders, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange via our portal: returns.itsrever.com/balc. You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.

Exchanges are free. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return — return shipping costs are deducted. Or choose store credit worth 10% more than your refund amount.
